To ensure we meet your needs, we ask for your help with letting us know the date and times you would like to book as well as a pickup and drop off location and any other questions you might have.


Our commitment to you is, providing the knowledgeable and experienced staff, reliable vehicle, the support, and visions you desire and proper working equipment.

All bookings are considered final 4 days or less to the booking date and the deposit at that point becomes non- refundable. Same rules apply to consultations and events.

LIABILITY

STL makes every effort to be on time for all tour package pickups. There are some factors that are out of our control such as weather, traffic, and unforeseen incidents that can create delays. If Skies the Limit Event and Tours is delayed in picking up the tour, they will make it up in the end. All guests on wine, brewery, cidery or distillery tour must be 19 years or older. STL, wineries, restaurants, distilleries, breweries, cideries, and any area throughout the tour reserve the right to refuse service to any guests disrupting the tour service for others. This includes inebriation and/or unruly behaviors. Any guest that is asked to leave the tour will have separate transportation arranged at the guests’ expense. A refund will not be provided for any guest(s) asked to leave the tour.

PAYMENT

All bookings are considered reserved and confirmed with deposit. We appreciate your understanding with the start up of our business and ask that all deposits are to be made via e – transfer to admin@skiesthelimiteventandtours.com The remaining balance will be collected at the end of tour from your STL tour guide via cash or the final balance can be paid in full beginning the tour for your convenience. If you feel your experience was top notch please let the guide know by showing a gratuity and giving us a friendly review. More importantly we want to see you leave with a smile and a genuine Thank You!

SNACKS

All tour packages come with a in house made charcuterie board and monthly favorite snacks. The tour generally stops mid-way in one of the best scenic areas for you to enjoy and give your pallets a quick break. We realize when you are spending the day away doing wine tastings the body can get hungry for a lunch. For special reservations, we ask you to put that in your booking so we can reserve the ultimate experience for you. Customized requests are not included in the tour price.

TASTING FEES

All tasting fees are included in the tour. With new restrictions some wineries, breweries, cideries and distilleries may charge above the reserved tasting price and offer additional options. With these circumstances an additional fee may apply. We appreciate you being understanding and cooperating to the extra fees.

Our promise to you is to be fun, commit to giving you a good time, showing you the best views and a tasting experience, your pallet will not forget.

For us to keep our promise to you, and maintain a positive atmosphere we do ask for the guests to follow our Code of Conduct:

  • Open alcohol is prohibited on and around the tour vehicles.

  • No food is allowed in the vehicles leave it outside.

  • If you can smoke it, it is not welcome in the vehicle. i.e… Vapers, cigarettes, cigars, cannabis

  • Seatbelts are mandatory in the vehicle. Please wear them.

  • Everyone has one mission….to have a good time. So please let us keep it positive.

Any damages made to the vehicle will result in a minimum of $250.00 fee charged to the person that made the booking

CODE OF CONDUCT – PICK UP & DROP OFF

STL does pick-ups from Vernon to Osoyoos. Please let us know when you book where you would like to be picked up and dropped off, with proper addresses to ensure we prepare for the appropriate time. The location and time of pick up is required when placing a reservation. All locations and times not filled out will be considered incomplete and your booking will not be confirmed.

PHOTOS

Our tours are all about making memories. What comes with memories is a lot of photos. At Skies the Limit Event and Tours we love taking photos just as much as some of our guests. With every package offering a memorable photo of the day, please let us know if you are not interested and our will make sure we stay out of your way. At the start of each tour, your guide will offer this service.  We respect your privacy and if this is something, you would rather handle yourself, please let your guide know.  No pictures will ever be taken or shared without permission!
